Contimeta is sinds 1932 als familiebedrijf actief in de transportverpakkingen, hechttechnniek en compressoren. In de Benelux, Duitsland en Zweden werken ruim 100 medewerkers. Doordat Contimeta een breed assortiment aan buitenlandse machineproducenten vertegenwoordigt, is zij in staat om een passende oplossing te vinden bij transportverpakkingsvraagstukken rond foliewikkelen, omsnoeren, krimpverpakken, dozensluiten en Flowpack. Bij vraagstukken rond de hechttechniek werkt Contimeta op een vergelijkbare manier. Contimeta is een systeemleverancier. Dat wil zeggen dat de geboden oplossing vaak de levering betreft van zowel machine, verbruiksmaterialen als service. De relatie tussen Contimeta en haar klanten is dan ook in de regel zeer langdurig. Om de klant optimaal te kunnen bedienen heeft Contimeta de beschikking over een grote voorraad machines en verbruiksmaterialen . Deze worden vanuit een centraal magazijn uitgeleverd. De uitgebreide servicedienst bestaat uit circa 25 ervaren medewerkers. De buitendienst monteurs vertrekken vanuit hun huis direct naar de klant om korte aanrijtijden te bewerkstelligen. Sinds 2004 is de vraag naar de diensten van Contimeta sterk toegenomen. De omvang van de onderneming is in die periode navenant gegroeid. De verwachting is dat de groei zich in de komende jaren zal voortzetten.
